Mission

The Mission of Blackhawk School District Educational Foundation is to enable the students enrolled in the Blackhawk School District to engage in academic pursuits through the provision of scholarships and other educational enrichment opportunities, to provide funding to improve the assets of the District, and other incidental and related purposes as allowed by law.  The Blackhawk School District Educational Foundation is dedicated to serving only such students and is intended only for charitable purposes as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

The BSDEF all-volunteer Board of Directors works with the administration, teachers, and staff of the Blackhawk School District in fulfilling its mission to support the students of the Blackhawk School District.
